Trabectedin, 1 mg(MNP-217)

Trabectedin, 1 mg
Description: Trabectedin is an alkylating agent isolated from Ecteinascidia turbinata and has effective anti-tumor activity both in vitro and in vivo. It can prevent cell division by binding to DNA, affecting the cell cycle and transcription factor expression, thereby leading to the apoptosis of tumor cells. It induces cytotoxicity and apoptosis in breast cancer cells in a time- and concentration-dependent manner in vitro.
