• Thickeners and Stabilizers

Alginate has excellent thickening properties and can be used as a thickener and stabilizer for food to improve the texture and taste of food. We use a variety of advanced technologies to provide alginate development services, including alginate extraction, purification, physical and chemical property evaluation, chemical modification, bioactivity evaluation, and characterization. Finally, standardized alginate is produced and applied to various food products to improve their consistency and taste, and increase the flavor and taste of food.

• Natural Pigments

Phycocyanin is a blue pigment extracted from cyanobacteria, which has good stability and bright colors.
